CAPE DOG, Va.
(AP) The population of the Cape Cod Islands has reached a total of 281 areas in the U.S., a milestone that has eluded researchers in the area for decades.
The Cape Cod International Botanical Garden in Boston has reported that the population reached an all-time high of 281 in 2018.
The numbers are higher than the previous record set in 2012.
However, no area code in the Cape can be found in the report.
Scientists in the island haven’t been able to figure out a way to get rid of the island’s population because the islands population has increased every year since the 1990s.
This is the first time researchers have reported a total population figure for the Cape cod Islands since 1990, when the population was at about 7,000 people, according to the report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
In 2017, the Cape recorded the highest total population on record with 2,828 people.
That year, the population increased by more than 50 percent over the previous year.
Cape Cod International is now trying to find a way for scientists to measure the number of people living on the island.
The agency has sent out surveys to the population and researchers have found a few islands with populations higher than their population numbers.
